1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Anymal OS, operated by SN2020, Inc. ("Anymal," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Anymal OS at anymalos.com, world.anymalos.com, or any related Anymal OS product or feature, you ("user" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Anymal OS.

2. Anymal OS uses YouTube API Services; binding to YouTube Terms of Service

Anymal OS uses YouTube API Services to display livestock auction live streams, video previews, and related video content from YouTube. By using Anymal OS, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

If you do not agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, you must not use Anymal OS features that display YouTube content.

Your use of Anymal OS is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy, which governs information collected by Google through the YouTube API Services.

When using YouTube content through Anymal OS, you also agree not to violate the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines, or YouTube's Developer Policies.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 Anymal OS content

Anymal OS, including its software, design, trademarks, and original content, is owned by SN2020, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Anymal OS for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

7.2 YouTube content

YouTube content displayed in Anymal OS is owned by YouTube, its content creators, or other rights holders. Your use of YouTube content is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. We make no claim of ownership over YouTube content displayed through Anymal OS.

7.3 Third-party data

Anymal OS displays data from third-party sources, including USDA AMS reports, public auction listings, and other publicly available cattle market information. This data is used in accordance with the licenses or terms applicable to each source.

11. Limitation of liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent these limitations are not enforceable in your jurisdiction, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anymal OS, SN2020, Inc., and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

We may suspend or terminate your access to Anymal OS at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may stop using Anymal OS at any time. If you have a subscription, you may cancel it as described in Section 5 or our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through Anymal OS or by email. Your continued use of Anymal OS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or Anymal OS will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15.2 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms or guidelines referenced or applicable to specific Anymal OS features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anymal OS regarding your use of the service.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.4 No waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.

15.5 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
